Online form to notify the District of any activities that are:
- taking place away from your normal meeting place
- upload your activity or Covid-19 risk assessments.
- or, of an adventurous nature (canoeing, caving, hillwalking, swimming etc). A full list of Activities is available online through the Scout HQ website
- or, taking place at a local camp site / Hesley Wood Scout Activity Centre
- This form may not required for District/ County organised activities, as ADC’s etc will have your attendance recorded. Unless involving adventurous activities. Please refer to the event information.
